Titans QB Will Levis will miss the entire 2025 NFL season due to a shoulder injury.

The Titans confirmed Levis will undergo surgery and focus on long-term recovery.

Levis started the last two seasons but was expected to back up No. 1 pick Cam Ward in 2025.

After consulting with doctors, Levis opted for surgery to ensure full recovery.

“He approached the offseason with professionalism and showed leadership,” said the Titans.

Levis had shoulder trouble in 2024. It’s unclear what triggered the surgery now.

With Levis out, only Brandon Allen and Tim Boyle remain behind rookie Cam Ward.

The Titans are expected to pursue a veteran QB to support Ward this season.

Levis, a 2023 second-round pick, is guaranteed pay through 2026 despite the injury.

While his recovery is expected, it’s unclear if Will Levis will suit up for the Titans again.
